1892-Unknown
Founded in 1892 in the town of Ransbach-Baumbach by Jacob Leo Knödgen. Often referred to as Ilkra however I believe that this should be Jlkra after the founder (company advertising shows a mixture).
Items previously attributed to Clemens and Huhn were actually by Jlkra.
Jlkra later became J.L.Knödgen and was then sold to Wilhelm Söndgen in 1995 and possibly renamed to “Knödgen Keramik”. The Jlkra (Ilkra) name was not used after 1965.
