Jopeko usually used white clay. They used an extremely diverse range of base markings which makes identification difficult.

Occasionally items are marked with the Jopeko name, though this is not very common.

 

Some items were marked with only form number and size. These were marked in a number of different styles and fonts.

To add to the diverse mix of markings in some occasional instances bases may also include “made in Germany” or “W Germany”.

Items can often be found with the original factory label.
